Neonrix
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Hey guys! This is my new game - Neonrix. A 7 world adventure with 35 levels, this short game can keep you on edge till you finish it!
Use WASD for movement -- unless something shifts...
Also; if you leave a world unfinished and decide to quit, your progress on that world will return back to level 1! Rage-quitting comes at a cost!
Good luck!

Install instructions
If you use the .exe, .dmg, or .deb, you can just double-click and play immediately—no Java installation required! Just double click and play! (The .jar file is also included if you prefer running it manually with JVM 17 or higher).
This also comes with the source code and assets used to make this game, feel free to tweak or mod the game. ENJOY!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are on windows, launching the game will lead to 'Windows protected your PC'; don't panic! Click 'More Info' and select 'Run Anyways'. Afterwards, go to 'Program Files' and search for Neonrix, open the application (avoid the runtime folders) and enjoy!
Also, the game's aspect ratio is set to 19.2 : 10.8; if you are on a smaller monitor, the game will look slightly distorted. You can escape full screen mode and set the window's size to any space.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Side note - I am an under 11 year old developer, getting my hands on Java for the first time, so there is a possibility of bugs or my game not functioning properly. I have put 5 weeks of effort, but mistakes are almost omnipresent everywhere. I made this game without a game engine, so there may be small bugs here and there)
